The Pre-Screen
Is the Photo Pre-Screen a diagnosis?
No. It is a preliminary review intended to help determine whether an in-person assessment may be an appropriate next step. It is not a medical diagnosis, consultation or treatment recommendation.
What photographs should I submit?
We generally request photographs of the front hairline, top or crown and temples. Use natural lighting, dry hair and your normal styling.
What happens after I text MOHR?
Our team will provide the submission instructions and ask a few brief questions. After reviewing the information, we’ll explain whether a comprehensive in-person assessment may be worth considering.
How is the full MOHR Hair Assessment different?
The $299 in-person assessment includes a provider evaluation, medical and hair-loss history, HairMetrix imaging, baseline photography and personalized treatment planning.
